CHANKYA - THE GREAT INDIAN MANAGEMENT SCHOLAR

MATSYA NYAYA :

O tempora ! O mores ! (Latin ) - O the times ! O the manners of the world  !  आह ! समय  तथा  संसार  के  मनुष्यों  के  रंग ढंग पर शोक  !

Matsya  Nyaya  is - Post independent Indian governance system in operation .

Indian politicians have used the principle and modified it to well organised gang ( politicians ,POLICE, underworld , advocates ,media , jails , all govt.agencies  etc. etc. ) - a system of exploitation and looting -to ROB  "weak" of their property , wealth and whatever belongs to them .These are white collar ISIS. ( Corporators are at the root of all crimes -ground level )

THE NEED OF GOVERNMENT , LAW AND ECONOMICS :

EVER SINCE BRITISH LEFT INDIA - INDIAN RULERS INSTANTLY ADOPTED THE "LAW OF FISHES" .

MAHABHARAT ON "LAW OF FISHESH":

Matsyanyaya" is an ancient Indian word that connotes roughly "Law of Fishes."

"Law of Fishes" means a System of Fishes in which Big-Fishes kill Small-Fishes at will for Food or for Pleasure. It is a Struggle for Existence for the Small Fish which is less in Power to the Big Fish. It has to survive with Policy.

Then there is the Fisherman who is apparently 'outside' the System, but in fact, very much part of it. The Matsyanyaya Imagery is actually an Imagery of Power and is a part of our Existential Reality.

THE Kuru-Pandava political war -

The Pandavas were 'Small Fish' . Krishna on finding them isolated , unorganized and weak ,decided to take their side - suggests and implement Policy that ultimately enable the Pandavas to defeat the Big Fish Kauravas.

However, there is more to the Imagery. It is also a Spiritual Imagery. Krishna shows how one needs to be "Fisherman" in both Internal-External Reality to win in the battle of Survival. Vyasa's central message in Mahabharata.

“If there is no ruler to wield punishment on earth” says the Mahabharata, “the strong would devour the weak like fishes in water. It is related that , in olden days -lack of right governance - people were ruined through sovereignlessness- devouring one another like the stronger fish preying upon the feeble and small fish .

SINCE LAST MORE THAN SIXTY YEARS - INDIA IS UNDER "LAW OF FISHES" - WAITING FOR KRISHNA OF MAHABHARAT  OR  KRISHNA & BALRAM TO DESTROY -  MAFIA OF KANSA'S  CONTROLLING  INDIA .

KAUTILYA ARTHSHASTRA :

सुखस्य मूलं धर्मः। धर्मस्य मूलं अर्थः। अर्थस्य मूलं राज्यं। राजस्य मूलं इंद्रिय जयः। इंद्रियजयस्य मूलं वृद्धोपसेवः।।

THE ROOT OF HAPPINESS IS 'DHARMA' - ETHICS , MORALITY, JUSTICE.

THE ROOT OF DHARMA IS ARTHA -ECONOMY , POLITY .

THE ROOT OF 'ARTHA' IS RIGHT GOVERNANCE .

THE ROOT OF RIGHT GOVERNANCE IS VICTORIOUS INNER-RESTRAINT .

THE ROOT OF VICTORIOUS INNER -RESTRAINT IS HUMILITY .

THE ROOT OF HUMILITY IS WISDOM .
