I wish to show appreciation to this writer just for rescuing me from this particular matter. After browsing through the the net and getting things which were not powerful, I thought my entire life was over. Being alive without the presence of approaches to the issues you’ve solved as a result of your good short post is a crucial case, and ones which may have negatively affected my career if I had not encountered the website. Your own knowledge and kindness in controlling a lot of things was helpful. I am not sure what I would’ve done if I had not encountered such a subject like this. It’s possible to now relish my future. Thank you very much for this high quality and amazing guide. I won’t hesitate to propose your blog to anybody who ought to have recommendations about this problem

LAW OF FISHES :

LAW OF FISHES operates  IN INDIA -POLITICIANS ARE WHALES AND PEOPLE OF THE COUNTRY TINY FISHES .

RULERS ARE FOR GIVING JUSTICE TO THE PEOPLE OF THE COUNTRY , PROTECTING RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE OF THE COUNTRY - BUT - RULERS THEMSELVES BLOCK JUSTICE AT ALL PLACES FOR PEOPLE OF THE COUNTRY AND FORCE THEM IN TO SUBMISSION OR EVEN MURDER THEM , those who do not submit to their orders .

Indian constitution should be  DRAFTED again by the mindsets of  CHANAKYA or atleast Basics of Chankya niti should  be incorporated .

ETHICS, MORALITY AND VIRTUES ALONG WITH HIGH PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION FOR POLITICIANS  BE INCORPORATED .

WHY HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IS NOT MADE COMPULSORY AND IMPORTANT FOR POLITICIANS for last more than sixty years .

Why raw minds , raw intelligence , raw management tricks ,raw imaginative minds , non-professionals  etc. are preferred when highly educated professionals are rotting .

INDIAN RULERS HAVE EXPLOITED CONSTITUTION TO THEIR BEST ADVANTAGE -MAKING MOCKERY OF DEDICATION, SINCERITY AND PATRIOTISM  WITH WHICH IT IS MADE .

COALITION GOVERNMENTS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ALLOWED UNDER ANY CONDITION .ONLY ONE PARTY SHOULD RULE TO SHOULD have been allowed  .

MANY POLITICAL PARTIES , many cook spoil the broth .

COALITION GOVERNMENTS MUST BE ABOLISHED .

INDIA  SHOULD HAVE ONLY NATIONAL PARTIES - NO REGIONAL PARTIES .

EVERY POLITICIAN BEING A RULER , MUST BE HIGHLY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT EXPERT AND COMPETENT PERSON .

PEOPLE WHEN GO FOR VOTING - HAVE TO VOTE ONLY AMONG ,WHAT IS AVAILABLE -HAVE NO CHOICE OF REJECTION.

ARTHSHASTRA :

"Kautilya Arthshastra  REVOLVES AROUND JUSTICE TO ALL ".

It discusses what is

DHARMA -THE JUSTICE , RIGHT ,MORAL , ETHICAL ,expedient ,proper - concern for justice ,peace  and genuine respect for people .

What is

ADHARMA -INJUSTICE , WRONG ,IMMORAL ,UNETHICAL ,wrong ,  unethical  -unfairness .

Without Government - Country is JANGLE RAJ , rises DISORDER - Matsya nyayamud bhavayati - LAW OF FISHES .

IN ABSENCE OF RIGHT GOVERNANCE -STRONG WILL SWALLOW WEAK .

IN THE PRESENCE OF RIGHT GOVERNANCE -WEAK RESISTS THE STRONG . STRONG IS BROUGHT TO JUSTICE AND KEPT IN SENSES .

Ancient Indian arthshastra - It is treatise on statecraft ,economic policy and defense strategy - is written by Kautilya ( also known as Vishnu Gupta and Chanakya ).

This is science of politics- which includes -nature of government ,ethics ,civil &criminal laws and court system, markets & trade, economics , methods of screening ministers ,diplomacy , theories on war ,duties and obligations of kings, nature of peace and harmony .

Ancient economic management of agricultural, animal husbandry, medicine , forestry, wild life and cultural management.

Arthshastra also deals with issues of social welfare , collective ethics that hold society together .

It advises king that in times of natural calamities like famine, epidemic or war - king should initiate public projects and several other tax reliefs to affected and deserving etc. .

MATSYA NYAYA :

THE NEED OF GOVERNMENT , LAW AND ECONOMICS : Management of country.

Indian niti shastra - moral laws - science of justice- lays down that MATSYA NYAYA - big fish swallowing small fish -for food or pleasure -the law of nature - MUST BE REPLACED -by law of DHARMA - justice -Equality .

Society is bound together by DHARMA the JUSTICE - ethics , morality, virtues and general welfare -which is great principle -protecting rights of citizens -cause of economic prosperity , harmony and general welfare .

Inspite of all - MATSYA NYAYA continues to operate in the country (internally) and internationally .

It is disastrously prevailing in INDIA , internally .  IN INDIA GOVERNMENT, POLITICAL PARTIES AND ITS AGENCIES HAVE FORMED  A MAFIA .

THIS MAFIA (the government )  ROBS PEOPLE OF THE COUNTRY - whom this government is expected to protect from injustice .

Government of the country is all powerful and people of the country - having no power .

Government is  the GREAT WHALE and people of the country a tiny fish .

MAHABHARAT ON "LAW OF FISHESH" :

Matsyanyaya" is an ancient Indian word that connotes roughly "Law of Fishes."

"Law of Fishes" means a System of Fishes in which Big-Fishes kill Small-Fishes at will for Food or for Pleasure. It is a Struggle for Existence for the Small Fish which is less in Power to the Big Fish. It has to survive with Policy.

Then there is the Fisherman who is apparently 'outside' the System, but in fact, very much part of it. The Matsyanyaya Imagery is actually an Imagery of Power and is a part of our Existential Reality.

THE Kaurav -Pandava political war -

The Pandavas were 'Small Fish' . Krishna on finding them isolated , unorganized and weak ,decided to take their side - suggests and implement Policy that ultimately enable the Pandavas to defeat the Big Fish Kauravas.

However, there is more to the Imagery. It is also a Spiritual Imagery. Krishna shows how one needs to be "Fisherman" in both Internal-External Reality to win in the battle of Survival. Vyasa's central message in Mahabharata.

“If there is no ruler to wield punishment on earth” says the Mahabharata, “the strong would devour the weak like fishes in water. It is related that , in olden days -lack of right governance - people were ruined through sovereignlessness- devouring one another like the stronger fish preying upon the feeble and small fish .

SINCE LAST MORE THAN SIXTY YEARS - INDIA IS UNDER "LAW OF FISHES" - WAITING FOR KRISHNA OF MAHABHARAT  OR  KRISHNA & BALRAM TO DESTROY -  MAFIA OF KANSA'S  CONTROLLING  INDIA .

EVER SINCE BRITISH LEFT INDIA - INDIAN RULERS INSTANTLY ADOPTED THE "LAW OF FISHES"

KAUTILYA ARTHSHASTRA :

ARTHSHASTRA BOOK 2-10-6-7-10 OF KAUTILYA ARTHSHASTRA .

सुखस्य मूलं धर्मः। धर्मस्य मूलं अर्थः। अर्थस्य मूलं राज्यं। राजस्य मूलं इंद्रिय जयः। इंद्रियजयस्य मूलं वृद्धोपसेवः।।

THE ROOT OF HAPPINESS IS 'DHARMA' - ETHICS , MORALITY, JUSTICE.

THE ROOT OF DHARMA IS ARTHA -ECONOMY , POLITY .

THE ROOT OF 'ARTHA' IS RIGHT GOVERNANCE .

THE ROOT OF RIGHT GOVERNANCE IS VICTORIOUS INNER-RESTRAINT .

THE ROOT OF VICTORIOUS INNER -RESTRAINT IS HUMILITY .

THE ROOT OF HUMILITY IS WISDOM .

Hic labor , hoc  opus  est (Latin ) - This is labor , this is toil -

यही परिश्रम है , यही पुरुषार्थ है।
