DEFINING management - INDIAN STYLE

Riddle - 

Modi and Shah came to power by the act of God . Although it is convincing but question remains -WHY ? . 

Ever since change of government in 2014 - it is being analysed what was wrong with earlier Govt. and what is right with new government . 

What was wrong with government : 

 Answer is very disturbing - earlier government made non-sense of MANAGEMENT OF THEIR OWN PARTY . What can be said about management of country ?. 

It need explanation - some hints to answers came from Bihar elections and JNU complexities . 

India can be divided in to following  -

1) Defence -Highly  PETRIOTIC , sense of belonging and sacrificing . 

2) Government ,political parties ,Politicians, police  and govt. servants -DUBIOUS CHARACTER - corruption , exploitation , intimidation , extortion and all the evils -absolutely no sense of belonging and no sacrificing .PATRIOTISM ?.

3) Business community -NARAD MUNI नारद मुनि   

4) People of the country (common man )-exploited class . Politicians use them as pawns -as government in general is elected by lower middle class and poor people .

This classification shows - India do not have standard character . 

People have, to have one common standard character .This is a very serious matter . 

Q. - Why India do not have standard character ?. 

A - India had one character , whatever it is called .It won freedom on this ground . India had grown in to confused state ever since 1970 . It reminds Great work by Milton Paradise lost -1674 . India is at war -GOOD AND EVIL .People and government . Government is all evil - people are all good . 

People of India are good BUT evil are rulers . These evil minds are forcing slavery on people of India .

This conflicting character is cause of change of government in 2014 . 

Change of government was caused by people of the country . 

Again question remains - what was wrong with earlier government - 

Answer could be found in - Bihar elections -This party went to Bihar with begging bowl - to join Mahagathbandhan- beggers are not choosers - they had no choice - but beg  . It was like great king on recluse , gone for some relief to poor .

Such condition shows total bankruptcy of such a big political party -in terms of management of party-which included organizing skills ,planning ability,controlling, directing - regular monitoring of activities . Defining functions and responsibilities , Interlocking functions and responsibilities ,defining policy and visions - Interlocking performance evaluation and positioning - it should have been like war preparedness all along . THIS IS STUPENDOUS TASK -WHICH NEED HIGHLY COMPETENT PERSON TO MANAGE AND CONTROL - THIS WAS TOTALLY MISSING .

This reminds history when -kings became AYYASHI and totally ignored the management of their country  and left everything to subordinates or on destiny  -subsequently they were attacked by other kings and they lost kingdoms .  

SUCH CONDITION GRIPS - WHEN ONE BECOMES OVERCONFIDENT or incompetent AND  TAKES EVERYTHING FOR GRANTED . IN ALL EVENTUALITIES -SUCH PEOPLE ARE FIT OR UNFIT TO RULE SUCH BIG COUNTRY - IS A QUESTION WHICH ACADEMICS TO ANALYSE , WORK ON AND DECIDE . 

JNU happenings and handling subsequently prove - total incompetence in management of problems  - there was absolutely no maturity or wisdom -it was attended more like play ground quarrel among children . 

What is right with new government ?.

A - We are all Indians and nothing extraordinary can be expected . New government is forced by compulsions . All old masters are life line of government -introduced by new ministers as usual  . 

IT CAN BE COMPARED WITH OLD WATER PIPELINE -LAID  MANY DECADES AGO - THIS PIPE LINE IS RUSTED from inside AND BLOCKED DUE TO RUSTING - WHATEVER MAY BE THE NEW EXTRA PRESSURE OF WATER FORCED IN TO IT - IT WILL NEVER GET THROUGH AT ITS ORIGINAL INJECTED POWER .  

CONCLUSION : 

It is all funny for children . They are never serious . Management of India is all made funny and ludicrous -by ASUR  minded rulers . They are never responsible and accountable . 

India has dozens of power centers of politicians and political parties scattered all over India .
