I am seventy - justice makes no sense for me NOW . I am giving following information to show the realities of LIFE in INDIA .
I married on 15th July 1975 . I wanted a happy life. I treated my wife like god.I loved her , I respected her,I cared her. All salary I use to give to my wife and I use to ask and get money from her if I needed any money. I had highest trust on her. I thought ,She is most irresponsible and unaccountable.
My wife was guided and helped by her mother, her brothers and her relatives. She developed special relations with my younger brother Surendra and many other’s .Surendra and his family always ruled my house .
MY Wife – Use to cause IRRITATION , ANGER , CONFLICT AND DOING EVERY THING to keep me sick and in constant anger .
I could never play with or talk or help children in their home work .I never went with children out .Their mind was poisoned against me . No body can come to my house . I am all alone . Today I am totally isolated – I have no friend , no relative and absolutely no body to help me in any manners . Nobody ever comes to my house –she does not allow anybody to come to our house .Because she does not want her secret life to be known to anyone .
I could not hold my jobs because of family problems , I have changed more than twenty jobs .I was forced to keep away from home , as, at home my stay was miserable- I could neither eat well nor sleep , at home, my life was ugliest .
I was moving between jobs and various ashrams , spiritual places ,all over India , meeting spiritual masters . I met many Buddhist LAMA’s , studied their spiritual process and their living . I MET spiritual masters who DISAPPEAR FROM VISION . Studied various MANTRA’s , their effects and various spiritual processes. I was totally dedicated for spiritual studies , ALL DAY AND NIGHT – ALL THE YEARS as it gave me power, strength and peace of mind to fight atrocities . I spent many years in GREAT HIMALYA forests , all alone ,with wild animals , in bone chilling cold,( there were no hotels or restaurants or shops nearby ) . I was living just to study and understand world ,God and its creations . I WAS SHUNTING BETWEEN JOB, SPIRITUAL PLACES AND AT HOME .
I WAS KEEPING UP DATES ABOUT MY CHILDREN –luckily they were at DOMBIVALY a very good place , dominated by WELL EDUCATED MAHARASTRIANS .
I lost all my property and almost all savings. FROM YEAR 1994, I am always forced to move around police stations , court and advocates - to find solutions problems created by underworld and builders – but problems are where were . All my earnings and time lost in court cases and finding solutions to recurring problems .
PROPERTY -In Neral- one and half acre land . House at Dombivali- Ramnagar . House at Ambernath plot no. 60 , Kansai section Occupied by Vinay.Rs.9.5 lakh to Vijay Thakkar from year 1998, he took money to buy milk processing plant from Switzerland , he had a milk business ,he had milk dairy at Dombivali ,We were buying milk from him for about twenty years , ( police told me he gave money to underworld ) .Present house at plot no.608 , Ambernath – underworld wants to rob it .
I do not believe in domestic violence , my wife took full advantage of it .
INSPITE OF THIS I CARED MY WIFE , BUT SHE BEHAVED LIKE WORST ENEMY .
1) EAR OPERATION WAS NOT ALLOWED INSTEAD NATURAL THERAPY
2) IN THE YEAR 1995 , BEFORE ATTEMPTING FAILED MURDER ATTEMPT , SHE GOT HER OPERATED TO CLEAN HER child rearing abdomen (BACCHDANI).
3)In the year 2001 , wife suffered severe infection , would have died , I came from Shimla and got her treated at Virar , two times .Dr. Deshmukh . Later Dr. told me your wife was very serious.
SOME OF THE CASES WHICH I REMEMBER ARE DISCRIBED BELOW :
1) 1981- I went to Delhi , my in-laws place , with my wife, Son and daughter .
MY WIFE GOT ME BEATEN UP :
I , my wife and my daughter Preety went to see film , in Vivek theater nearby , when returning ,I spotted about five six young men coming from front side ,just talking and moving , when they came near , one of them slapped my daughter , she was just three years old, she cried , on hearing her cries , I looked at her , from nose I saw little blood oozing out , I could not control myself , I strongly hit that man on face ,who had caused damage to my loving daughter , it caused little damage to his face ,on seeing my anger three of them slipped away , one of them was saying , you have hit him , just forgive him and finish the matter- I felt he is right ,and wanted to go – but my wife did not move – she shouted – why you hit my brother ( they were not her brothers , since six years of married life I did never seen them - in fact they were hired goons to beat me . )on hearing this , remaining three men appeared on the scene ,I don’t know where they hit me , I fell unconscious , they all beat me mercilessly , on gaining consciousness , those persons slipped away ,people were watching this , including my wife and daughter, my wife did not come forward to help – from the gathered crowd , one young girl came out , she cleaned my face - with dupatta – she told me – are you hero ? – you alone fight with six people –never do it – she did not know – I got beaten up due to my wife . I was very angry by my wife’s behavior and I decided to divorce my wife – as I thought there is no point in living with such mean minded women.
I straight went to my in-laws house to collect my baggage , there I saw my son playing with his grand-mother, I CHANGED MY MIND – thinking , if I divorce my wife -life of children will be destroyed- I took my luggage and straight went to Delhi station to go back to Bombay leaving behind wife and children .
2) SHIMLA - Ashwini and my younger sister came from Shimla . They had a son died- my mother told me to give her 500Rs. - my wife made lot problems . I kicked new washing machine .
3)1985- Amit thrown in Godavari River by Vinay boy friend Mr.Chand .My brother Surendra was Staying in Nasik . In the year 1985 , I visited Nasik few times . I came from Saudi Arabia, so I felt just to visit some places. What I saw was disgusting , one Mr. Chand ( muslim ) was staying in the house of my brother . Mr. Chand was close intimate of his wife Vinay , Later I came to know , Mrs. Vinay is a adulterous women and she keeps changing men.
I told My brother let us go on sight seeing of Nasik . On the day of sight seeing , I was surprised to find that Muslim man Mr.Chand in our visit group , this was family affair – He should not have accompanied us.
Any way We went to Godavari River , I was shocked to see , Mr. Chand had thrown Amit in the Godavri River, while crossing small water pond .Luckily Amit had caught hold of stones ,which saved him from slipping in to deep water. I ran for help and rescued him.
In fact plan was to get drowned both of us , Amit and Me, I do not know swimming , had Amit gone in to deep water , I would have jumped in the river to rescue him, in the process we both would have drowned .
My wife did not raise alarm or did any thing to save Amit , or shout at My brother , his wife or to Mr.Chand . She has very good relations with Vinay and Surendra – that hints at – it was collective plan to murder Amit and me – my wife had consented for murder plan. I told my mother about this , but my wife did never complained to any one .
4) 1990- WIFE WENT TO SHIMLA ON HOLIDAYS For two months . I came from Saudi Arabia . I wanted to enjoy some holidays with my children , I told to my wife let us go to Shimla , she made problems , I was suffering from dysentery ,She left me alone to die , and went to Delhi ,Shimla and other places to enjoy – with her brothers and mother .Later her brother ( Ashok ) came and told me you should not have stayed alone with such ailment .This was most treacherous and miserable experience – I was sick , cooking food by myself ,living all alone.I was earning for wife and children BY working in desert .
5)1995 – FAILED MURDER ATTEMPT : My wife is most cruel minded women. She had very close relations with my younger brother Surendra . My wife fed me MANGO PICKEL which was about fifteen years old. She let white fungus grow on pickle ,she was regularly nourishing that white fungus on mango pickle. After eating that pickle , I had serious problem in my head , omitting and could not sleep . It being very serious problem , I gone to my close friend P.G.Deshmukh , whose brother is a Doctor . He suggested me to go his brother . I went there , he treated me . After I am cured He told me it is a miracle you are alright. I was so serious, I use to feel cold then suddenly very hot , I was sweating ,then suddenly very cold. Dr.Deshmukh told me he never treated, patient with such serious condition ever before . After that five persons came to my house at Dombivali - Kishor ( brother of my wife)and three males one women came from Delhi –to intimidate me .
6) 2002 – I SHIFTED FROM DOMBIVALI TO AMBERNATH .As soon as I shifted in this building , I was shocked to find , all building people started making problems for me . It never happened with me . I did not understand how all residents of this building are my enemies .I never met them before . All building people made problems for me – LEADER being police Inspector BB NANAWARE and his family – and ORDERED by Mrs. Shital Joshi. NOW I KNOW THIS WAS SPONSERED ACT OF “UNDERWORLD”. They wanted my HOUSE , this was plan to throw me out of building DEAD or ALIVE.
7)CASE NO. 1250 /2006 SPEAKS IN DETAILS . Marvari family stays in- two room kitchen flat , admeasuring around 700 sq.feet . About 35 persons stay in this house . Terrace is fully controlled by them . They being DRUG MAFIA (suspectd) men ,UNDERWORLD , they have no respect for law and social manners. They use to enjoy sex on terrace – as with so many persons in the house no free space . Some people use to stay on stairs to guard the sex .They use to play on terrace day and late in night , they use to misplace my letters, cut electricity , stop water supply , cut telephone line ,kick my door regularly , abusing in most foul language , I being all alone I could not do anything. I could not sleep due to this terrible noise and disturbances .
One Rajesh Lohire , one of their family member , he was not allowed to enter in the house by his family members.He use to sleep on the terrace , he was using terrace as toilet . He kept heap of sand and mud on the terrace where he use to toilet and urine . This is terrace of my room - during rainy season it seeped on my bed .
Mr. Charan Saxeria and others have entangled my wife ,have illicit relations , ever since I shifted at present location in year 2002 . They come to my house as soon as I go out .There are three flats on each floor , I have two flats and one to neighbor , so no one to monitor , they have full liberty . I and my wife live alone in this house .They were taking many things from my house .I have installed cctv in camera , after that three other members of the family shifted from here to some other place.
8)2005- FAILED MUDER ATTEMPT : I LOST MY SEX LIFE IN THIS FAILED MURDER ATTEMPT . Operation of urine infection. I shifted to Ambernath(plot no. 608 , kher section, Sahyadri Apt. 301,302- `3rd floor ,in the month of june 2002 . I had serious problem at Dombivali ( suhas A-2 ,Ramnagar, Chiplunkar Road,) with Builders- they wanted to construct Illegal building – Goondas and police were used to vacate us.
Police Inspector BB Nanaware planned and executed THIS FAILED MURDER ATTEMPT – assisted by all building residents, my brother ‘s wife Mrs. Vinay ,her son Kunal ,her daughter Priya ,my brother Surendra, my wife and many other persons.When we came in the year 2002 ,Mr. Date family was not here, this family came after wards. Mrs. Date is highly trained underworld women ,She had been specially brought for specific purpose.
She along with Mrs. Nanaware and Mrs. Nayar had made my going out most miserable , they were all hovering around ground floor area ,all day and up to late in the night ,they used abusive language – pani kadhala , tandul takale , chikhal ghatla etc. etc. . Since these are all women – laws made in favor of women empowers them , on mere complaint ,immediate arrest , as police were in their support . No complaint against women will be accepted by police .
These were occupying passage around main entrance doors , making almost impossible to pass thorough without touching them , Any slightest touch would have – caused immediate arrest – saying women’s modesty had been infringement , or any other false complaint - how much modesty these shameless women have – is seen.
These women were blocking passage by bending their hips by both women (flat owner) in front of their main doors , as if cleaning , they did not move even after seeing some one waiting to pass thorough , this was their regular practice. Mrs. Date and Mrs. Nanaware – standing in their balcony and talking all provocative words causing irritation and anger – this was their regular feature for years . THESE WARE THEIR WELL PLANNED ACTS TO FORCE ME OUT OF THE BUILDING .
Police inspector BB Nanaware left the building as soon as I filed a case against them in the year 2006 . Case no.1251/2006 , now at session court case no. 114/2010 .Accused never appeared in the court since filing the case – except only once three persons appeared at Kalyan. This case is pending for order.
I WAS ALWAYS THINKING WHY ALL THESE PEOPLE DO THIS TO ME . I DID NOTHING WRONG AGAINST ANY ONE .I NEVER TALKED TO THEM , NO DEALINGS, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING . I JUST GO OUT FOR AN HOUR TO BRING SOME HOUSE HOLD ITEMS – ONCE IN A DAY . ABOUT THREE TIMES A WEEK – NOTHING ELSE.
As soon as we shifted to Ambernath ( present occupation ), all building people were against me ,I did not understand why . My immediate neighbor – Charan Saxeria, Dinesh Saxeria, Rajesh Lohire, Vinay Lohire and others total about 35 persons Mostly women and girls ( these young girls were always changing , with new young girls – it appears some unlawful activities )living in the flat ( two room kitchen ).These people had total control of Terrace , these people were ding sex on terrace , some people sit on stairs to guard – as due to too many people in the house.
These neighbors made all kinds of problems . Day and night playing on terrace, shouting, running , doing all non-sense .These people use to cut electricity , telephone line , water supply , destroy letters (electricity bill , telephone bill and other posts ( books etc. ) .kicking door ,abusing in filthy language. Toilet and urin on terrace .
Shinde family told me they complained against these Marvari family , to police station , on returning , these ( marvari ‘s) shouted at them – kya ukhad liya police ne hamara.
These people had no respect for law and police .House in which these people stay ( Saxeria family ) , is actually owned by Mrs. Subhadra Lohire – who workd with Bank of Maharastra , she took concessional loan from Bank to buy this house , since she did not stay in this house ( Subhadra Lohire stays some where else with her husband, Bank manager asked to make this lady to full payment, She instead , took her husband ( who works with railways ) to the banks , and threatened him of dire consequences , if demanded full payment – I made written complaint to bank authorities –on knowing this – Charan Saxeria abused me in filthy language and threatened me of dire consequences. I do not go to terrace , as always girls and women are wandering on terrace.
Shinde family made enormous problems . All always abusing . Sachin always with many Goondas abusing in filthy language on way to market and back ,many times pushing me on road . Two police complaints,nothing happens .
In the year 2004, Mr.Nayar came along with Mr.Jadhav and asked me to contribute for common repairs of building , I gave him contribution and told him , my drainage pipe is broken repair it also , if you need any more money , I will pay you ,he promised , he took contribution but did not repair drainage pipe. It is still broacken.
Police Inspector B B Nanaware made enormous problems , his wife – always abusing together with mrs. Date, my going out was real problem ,
BBNanaware’s daughter – smiling episode – bbnanaware used his daughter to entangle me – in the year 2004, when I was returning home from market , on reaching ground floor entrance – his daughter emerged – with powerful aggressive smile – this little girl ( about 17 years of age ) – I reciprocated with equal respect .Next day I had to go again ( generally I go to market alternate days ), to exchange some thing, on returning , same spot , same situation , her daughter emerged with same aggressive smile , I was careful , as this was unusual , but I reciprocated and smiled with little of respect . On third day – I had to go to market to bring milk etc., on returning home , this girl emerged again in same situation , with equally strong smile , I strongly felt it is a plan to entangle me in some problem,as I suspected some ugly plan ,I was very angry , I did not smile but looked at her with strong anger. THIS WAS GREAT ETTEMPT TO ENTANLE ME . Had I been not careful , they would have taken some photograph or done some recording , given to media – attempt to rape policeman’s daughter- or some thing similar – to blackmail me – extortion , intimidation and blackmail – subsequently submit to their dictate .
POLICE BBNANAWAREcame to my house in March 2003, advised me ,let all 35 persons or more play on terrace , and do whatever they want , when I told him , how can I sleep , it is not right .Then he told me fix some time ,three hours during the day and tree hours during the night , I told him this is not a play ground – BBNanavare threatened me with dire consequences.
2006 – My neighbors ( Charan Saxeria ec.) had entangled my wife,ever since we shifted to present building in the year 2002 , they were forcing her to cause my murder – they were regularly planning acts – They guided to nourish Cockroches , she told me to bring poison for cockroaches , I told her where are cockroaches, she removed one plastic drum , there were dozens of cockroaches, I asked her how there grow up , I destroyed them all – BUT refuged to bring poison , I told her that poison you will feed me. After few days she told me to bring poison for rats, I told her where are rats – then she shown one rat , how it came – she said she did not know .Actually neighbors ( Rajesh Lohire) were pushing rats in our house – plan was to feed poison to me – and claim accidental swallowing of poison . There were several such plans regularly affected – MANY TIMES MY WIFE TOLD ME NOTHING HAPPENS TO YOU – which means , she had regularly been executing murder plans- WHICH WERE FAILING .
2009- failed murder attempt . I was fed with Dengue /Maleria infected drinking water , kept in regular drinking water bottle , in refrigerator . I drank water unsuspecting . After that my wife had been very carefully observing me , within few days it affected , my wife had been checking with thermometer my temperature. She had been watching me , I was not understanding as to what has happened to me .
After few days my daughter called me from US ,she told me to go to hospital , I told her if I go to local hospital I will not come out alive.
After two days Vinod and Rajendra my younger brothers came, they took me to Jupiter hospital , there I was treated , I was told it is dengue and malaria , I was shocked as to how it could happen to me , I always sleep in mosquito net . There are hardly one or two mosquitoes in the house , as I had put net all over , all windows are covered . Some one gave me blood during treatment . I was externally fed with mosquito and dengue infection- thorough water bottle. Apart from my wife , my neighbors ,Vinay and her family members are also involved. I strongly suspect this is the act of police inspector BBNanaware.
2011 – in the month of Jan. 5th , white car no. 1212 dashed me at about 11.am.Mr. Vishnu ( carpenter ) his shop is opposite to Laxmi theater . He came with one man to my house on 3rd of Jan. 2011 in the afternoon . Mr.Vishnu had told me he works for police .After I was dashed by car ,I was at home for fifteen days due to pain in my hips and right leg.
2011- Two times hospitalized. Case no.6339 /2011 – This case will prove how Underworld works. Extortion , intimidation , torture , exploitation etc. etc. with full immunity .Here Mr. Fucruddin and Mr. Dhiru bhai were badly treated by UNDERWORLD .I suffered worst – I had to be hospitalized two times .
This case will show and prove -HOW UNDERWORLD USES professional CRIMINALS , POLICE, JUDICIARY with the help of ADVOCATES. IN INDIA IT APPEARS CRIMINALS ARE MADE HEROES AND LAWABIDING COMMON MAN A UGLY CRIMINAL – FORCED TO SUFFER MISERIES AND PAIN AT THE HANDS OF THOSE WHOM WE ELLECT.
Shed construction. I wanted to cover two balconies , as I was suspecting Rajesh Lohire and others are coming to my house thorough open terrace during night .I asked Moh.Fakruddin a Barber about this , he said he will do it .He asked 12 thousand rupees for the construction of shed . Later he suggested you cover sides also , he brought one Mr.Dhiru bhai and his brother and told me they are his partners – all work they will do in 56 Thousand rupees. I refuged saying , I do not want to do .
He pressurized persistently and finally I accepted his advice .He told me you do not need to take permission from any one he knows them all and he will do all paperwork.- IN FACT ‘’DON’’ SHITAL JOSHI BAI HAD TOLD , FACRUDDIN AND DHIRU BHAI TO CONSTRUCT WALL . ALL DESIGN WAS DONE AS PER design OF JOSHI BAI – ALL CONSTRUCTION DONE AS PER WILL OF JOSHI BAI.SHE HAD CONFIDENCE , SHE WILL FORCE ME OUT OF THE BUILDING DEAD OR ALIVE ,AND FINALLY SHE WILL ULTIMATELY TAKE POSSESION OF THE HOUSE . She use to come to my house and threaten , Facruddin will be black listed .
Later they took totally about Rs.1.30 lakh and stopped work . They further demanded Rs.70.0 thousand rupees( this is corruption money for politicians) . I asked him to give accounts but he did not agree , but threatened me abused me , forcibly entered in the house by opening thorough entering his hand in grill ,this had shocked me . He did it three time . This shock was so serious – from next day onwards at around 4PM , I use to get omitting and it daily lasted till night about 2AM , this continued for four days , Later I got admitted in Jupiter Hospital in Thane . I was cured after three days . After That police complaint was made . Again I got same ailment when I filed this case in the court of law , At Chopra court Ulhasnagar. I again got admitted in the Jupiter Hospital thane , after three days I was cured .
EFFORT TO ENTANGLE ME WITH VINA - SEX MATTER -Some time 2011 -13 , my brother Vinod called me , he told me - Rajendra is in Gujrat , he has taken a job there - he talked in such a manner - to entice me to come to his house- and have some illicit relations with his wife . I donot like such acts, so I did not commit . He called repeatedly .I hated all along .
2112- On 15th Dec.2012 wife went to New York ( she never told me she is going to Newyork ), stayed for six months with daughter, she came on june 15th 2013 , on 17th I suffered Heart attacks .On 2nd of June Mr. Charan Saxeria had physically assaulted me ,local police ( Ambernath )did not accept complaint against Mrs.Shital Joshi ( she has two daughters – we don’t know what they are doing , we hear, their phone conversation loudly threatening ,in uncivilsed language . ) . Police wanted me to delete the name of Mrs. Shital Joshi . then I went to ACP Ambernath ,after I went Thane Police commissioner to lodge complaint , then on 13th 2012 to , DCP Rathor Ulhasnagar , whole day I was in the court , I attended case Charan Saxeria , it was all raining - I was back at home around 8pm. I was very much tired .
As soon as my wife came there was tension in the house, I was suffering with pain in the whole body , on 15th I went to airport to bring my wife ,I was looking for her , I waited for more than two hours , She managed herself and took separate taxi and came home , I suffered tension and depression , as what is happening . I returned home . I found my wife already at home – it was around 9PM .
on 17th I morning I told my wife I am going to Jupiter hospital ( my wife never helps me in any ailment , if she knows of any ailment , she will make every effort to aggravate it further – so I never tell her of my ailment- I manage all my ailments all alone – I have always to be alert ). I made call to taxi driver , who was late for three hours, then I gone to hospital .Doctors say I had four severe heart attacks , admitted to ICU for four days. Vinod had been forcing me to go for bypass heart surgery , this in fact was failed murder attempt by Vinod and vinay &family , they wanted me to get surgery and them some way- during or after surgery , cause murder.
2013- Feb.17th 2013 . at about 2.00 pm , two girls came . knocked my door , claiming medical students, they wanted to come inside my house to do my massaging .These two tried to convince me , they need my help – I was sensing some trouble – why these two girls convincing me and want to enter my house , I was all alone, my wife in New York . Fact was these were sent by underworld , to entangle me in some false case .They appeared well trained , on coming inside , they could have definitely entangled me in to some false case. They being girls , on their complaint , they would entangled me in false case. By the grace of God I was saved , I did not let them in. I could see their ANGER when I refused them entry in my house. SEVERAL SUCH INCIDENTS happen regularly with me .
AT Ambernath station one beautiful girl howering around me – telling just one hundred rupees, there were many young men on the platform . I was an old man , why she was hovering around me . Underworld made several such attempts.
On 21st Dec.2013, at around 5.30pm , in the Chopra court Ulhasnagar , Charan Saxeria ,Dinesh Saxeria, Vinay Lohire and Subhadra Lohire- threatened ,they said - two murder attempts failed, he survived ,this time he will not survive , he will be murdered in such a way he will definitely not survived -after that I went to central police station Ulhas Nagar, at about 6 pm. and lodged police complaint FIR.
In JAN 2014 my daughter came from America -
Taking precaution of this statement , I went on exile for one month .During the period my daughter was India. In spite of , I had four heart attacks in the month of June 2013, I was hospitalized , four days in ICU , in Jupiter Hospital Thane .
In Dec.2014 my daughter again came - on 7th of Dec. on 9th Dec. crime - left on 10th Dec.2014 - for Delhi .Along With Amit and my wife leaving me all alone .for more than 15 days - all this programme was planned by Underworld .

One Sadhu was abusing me on plarform no. 5 Thane station at around 8pm. Tmc college days
Shetty with one man with lot of gold , white dress of Don . Threatened me at Ambernath up to Thane.
2015 . On 2nd Feb. 2015 , at about 12.30 noon , young man dashed me with Motor bike ,I was very carefully crossing the road , it is not highway ,with good movement of people, I was too tired , I was walking back from market towards home ,I was holding two bags in my two hands ,containing daily needs ,(about fifty yards from Ambernath ( east )railway station,) . Unprovoked, he threatened me with more such attacks in future , you have filed many cases, your everything will blown in to pieces –He warned before going .
HARRASMENT BY BEGGARS IN TRAIN - RAILWAY POLICE AND CIVIL POLICE NEXUS : 7th Oct.2015
It was 2.00pm- local train – I had a case in Chopra court , on 7th October 7, 2015. It was in the afternoon session . I boarded local train, Amb. CST .2.00 PM. I saw a women around 30-35 years –she sat on 4th seat style – only two perons on that bench – she had a sufficient place to sit properly – I had a doubt – something is wrong – being a women – she must not sit like this – unless she is bad women – or –purpose – let it be . When I got up to go towards the gate – to stand – to alight when Vithalwadi station arrives – I saw a beggar women around 30 years of age – with a baby in arms – was begging in the passage of gate of local train – she was alerted by a man – she suddenly ran towards- small passage – near seats – she stood close to women who has already blocked half the passage way, by her sitting style –legs towards passage way – by that beggar women – the way was totally blocked – It was very difficult to pass thorough the way – how ever – some how – I managed to cross . Just when I gone to gate area and joined the people standing there – The women who was sitting , blocking the way – had slapped me near my heaps – and abusing –me – she had thrown the plastic bag herself ,blaming me , as I caused that bag to be thrown - I did not understand her logic of slapping me on sensitive ( sex) area – however – I understood some thing is wrong – there was no time to argue, as station arrived – however – I got down – I understood the entire – episode .
CYBER CRIMES :
Underworld has deleted all e-mails between me and my daughter from GMAIL , itismohanlal@gmail.com . . during March 2014.
2015, on 5th Feb., CYBER CRIME - these underworld , deleted my draft ,in wordpress , BEFORE12 noon ,my internet was down during the period , By Herdeep( suspect ) and others.
EVER SINCE I STARTED MY WEBSITE – adikarnam.com March2014 , “UNDERWORLD” is making serious problems .They delete publications, they mixed up publications (now I have backup ),website crashed many timed ,ONLINE - OFFLINE , I had to change site builders. I had spent more than , equivalent of three thousand dollars for KEEPING my web site online, which involve changing site builders.
PLAN TO ENTANGLE WITH GIRL :On 19/9/2015 - SAIBABA ELECTRONICS Ambernath- at about 12 noon, I stopped to this show room , to enquire , when will you return the UPS - He called me inside and told me to wait -for about ten minutes- there was a young girl sitting in front of me - another employee at some distance . I REALIZED THE PLAN TO ENTANGLE ME WITH THE GIRL - I LEFT . This could have been most serious .
Earlier two advocates also use their wives to entangle .
Sheetal Joshi tried to entangle -On 26th/8/2015 at about 3PM , I was returning home - Sheetal Joshi standing in front of Dr.Jadhar Banglow - she was invitingly smiling , as if to speak some thing - Gently one man was following me - on scooter gently -as soon as I crossed Sheetal Joshi - He enquired her some thing which I could not hear . This was well planned strategy to entangle me in some sort of cross argument - she being women- it could be indecent words -to modesty of women or something similar or else .
on 7th Jan 2016 . at about 12.30 - when I was returning home from Market -Sachin - सचिन शिंदे -बहुत करीब से मेरे पास से बड़ी तेजी के साथ गुजरा ,चौहान के घर के पास से की मोड़ के पास , हमारे घर की तरफ। धक्का मारकर जाने वाला था , लेकिन अचानक मैं साइड में होगया -इस लिए टक्कर नहीं हुयी। इसका कुछ प्लान था।
on 8th , Jan2016 - at about 1PM , I was returning from market जैसे ही मै दाते बाई के घर के दरवाजे के करीब पहुंचा , दाते बाई बिना आवाज़ किये बहार निकली -मेरे साथ टक्कर मारने की प्लानिंग थी, पुरे टाइमिंग के ये साथ सब कुछ किया था ,( कितना वक्त लगता है गेट से दरवाजे तक पहुँचने में - मैं पोस्ट का लेटर देखने रुका था -इस लिए टाइमिंग बिगड़ गयी ) मार कर पुलिस केस बनाने की प्लानिंग हो सकती थी। की औरत की इज्जत पर हाथ डाला है।जब टक्कर नहीं हुयी ( तो उसने घर के दरवाजे जोर जोर से मार कर बंद किये - बहुत गुस्से में थी, प्लान फेल होने से । बहुत बड़बड़ कर रही थी -मैंने ध्यान नहीं दिया।
3 Jan 2016 - सुबह करीब ८ बजे , मैंने गैस पर सब्जी गरम करने रखी , गैस सिम पर राखी थी। थोड़ी देर बाद सब्जी जलने की स्मेल आ रही थी , जाकर देखा तो , गैस फुल पर थी - ये शशी ने किया था।
4Jan 2016 - सुबह करीब नौ बजे चाय बनाने के लिए किचन में गया , पतीले में पानी डाला ,गैस पर रखने गया तो उस मे से हलकी सी आवाज़ आ रही थी , देखा तो गैस चालू थी। ये एक सोचा समझा षड़यंत्र था , गैस सिलिंडर ब्लास्ट करवाने का - ये सब चरन के जरिये , अंडरवर्ल्ड - शशि से करवाते है।
27 th. Feb .2016 - मैं कल्याण जाने के लिए ,अम्बरनाथ स्टेशन से तीन नंबर प्लेटफॉर्म से लोकल ट्रैन , 10.36 am, गाड़ी पर चढ़ते वक्त किसीने पीछे से मेरी टांग खींची , मैं ट्रैन में गिर पड़ा। ये काम अंडरवर्ल्ड ने किया है। मैं मोदी को सपोर्ट करता हूँ। ये इनको बर्दाश्त नहींहै। ये मर्डर एटेम्पट था। -मुझे चोट आती , मैं हस्पताल में जाता , वहां इन्होने मुझे मार् देना था

I SURVIVED more than five recorded FAILED MURDER ATTEMPTS ( 1985 throwing Amit in Godavari,two attempts in Hospital , 1995,2005,2009,2013 (four heart attacks- subsequent effort to go for heart surgery) , 2011 Vinod took to Uran sea ,with Singh ,I was under depression, to cause suicide).
2005 – TWO FAILED MURDER ATTEMPTS IN HOSPITAL - “UNDERWORLD EVERYWHERE” – I WAS TOLD BY DOCTOR YOU WILL BE RELIEVED WITHIN 24HOURS (before treatment ),BUT KEPT ME FOR MORE DAYS . During treatment in the night at about 1am , two girls came , they kept injecting water thorough MY URIN PIPE , I was feeling uncomfortable , I shouted at them , you want to tear pipe line, they immediately packed up and left , my brother Surendra was witness to episode. , Mrs. Vinay knows it – This all UNDERWORLD ACTS. In the morning around 10am. Next day , One beautiful young women, was introduced as Doctor , I was told she will treat me . I refuged – saying I need experienced doctor – my Bother Surendra was witness to it- this was an attempt to do something to cause either murder or implicate me in some case – misbehavior /sexual assault with female Doctor.
THERE ARE REGULAR SIMILAR ATTEMPTS ON ME AND WITH ME , FROM YEAR 2002 ON WARDS AS SOON AS I SHIFTTED HERE IN AMBERNATH plot no. 608 , kher section.– THEY CONTINUE TILL DATE .EVERY THING IS UNDER CONTROL OF “UNDERWORLD” .
2006 – post murder attempt of 2005, case no. 1250 /2006 – to cause and force, INSTIGATING suicide as I was under severe depression – This is secondary failed murder attempt .
2010- post failed murder attempt of 2009 ,This is exactly same as case no.1250/2006 – to cause and force , INSTIGATING suicide as I was under severe depression- This is secondary failed murder attempt.
I AM FACING MOST MISERABLE PROBLEMS – I AM SAVED because God helped me all along.
