I AM SEVENTY ONE , I HAVE FACED MORE THAN DOZEN FAILED MURDER ATTEMPTS -AND FACING - I HAD FOUR SEVERE HEART ATTACKS IN JUNE 2013 ,I WAS IN ICU IN JUPITER HOSPITAL THANE ,FOR FIVE DAYS  DUE TO POLICE INACTION, police do not accept complaint - ALL ARE made MY ENEMIES - INCLUDING MY CHILDREN AND WIFE by political mafia underworld . I AM  DOING ALL MY JOBS ALL ALONE - INCLUDING COOKING AND ALL JOBS - ALL PEOPLE ARE MAKING PROBLEMS FOR ME - I AM ENJOYING PROBLEMS - I AM FRESH AS EVER WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS . 

I AM QUALIFIED PERSON . I AM FIGHTING BACK .I HAVE CHANGED MORE THAN THIRTY ADVOCATES . I DO NOT HOPE OF JUSTICE BUT FIGHTING AND RESISTING .

JUST IMAGINE WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF MILLIONS OF COMMON MAN SUFFERING AT THE HANDS OF POLITICAL MAFIA , who are poor and without fighting and resisting (injustice) spirit and resources . 

OPEN CHALLENGE : 

OPEN CHALLENGE TO ALL POLITICIANS - COME AND JOIN ME ANY  debate on any PUBLIC FORUM - INDIA IS  ALL HATRED CRUELTY AND TREACHERY TO RIGHTS OF , POOR, UNPRIVILEGED CLASS , poor FARMERS AND COMMON MAN .

STUDENTS and POLITICS - classes of Indian patriotism

COMPLEXITIES OF NEW WORLD :

Children are new to the world , they require an atmosphere of responsibility and accountability . Atmosphere of ethics , morality ,virtues and justice so that they have constructive life management .  So that They have mindset of sacrifice , patriotism and service to self , family , society and nation . They can carry forward -virtues , ethics , morality and justice -to the next generation . 

It is utter SHAME , atmosphere is all  irresponsible , unaccountable , unethical and have little or no morality . There appears to be no difference in justice and injustice . Atmosphere is highly opportunists and argumentative - do not have sense of belonging ,  exploiting every thing including students to satisfy their vested interests and  gain power . What students will learn from this ?.

PRESENT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS - life building or life destruction or confusion : 

Enforcement of discipline , virtues , responsibility , accountability , sense of belonging , basics of life building and other basics of life management - are responsibility of parents, family, society , educational institutes and government  . This is required to be like military discipline management . 

Educational atmosphere in the country, speaks every thing - what our educational institutions stand for . This is the general culture of India since last several decades . 

When student get admission in any institute - he takes admission in particular faculty , particular profession . He /she is not enrolled in political career building .  

हमने अंग्रेजों  से आजादी तो ले ली  , लेकिन देश चलाने का हुनर नहीं लिया। हमने अंग्रजों के नाम बदलें  है - वो कानून नहीं बदलें जिसने जलियाँवाला बाग कांड को करवाया। 

Our politicians have not adopted  Patriotism and sense of belonging,of the level of British have for their country and for their people ,Our politicians have not adopted mindset of  sacrificing  dedicated honesty  of the level of British have for national building for their people and their Country . 

Post independence India was good for some time - it was carry forward of  ethics , morality , justice introduced by British in India  which existed for some time . 

It took time, virtues to get diluted  .  

It diluted around 1970 . Criminalization of politics and formation of -mafia of politicians began around this time . 

1992 was extreme politics of crimes in India .

2014 all India mafia Raj . 

2014 Beginning of end of Mafia Raj.

Condition is such, our politicians are required to prove that they are patriotic by arguments . One must know patriotism is not a type of commodity which can be proved by arguments .  

 JNU EPISODE :    

RAW OFFICER ( a participant in debate , over JNU episode of 9th Feb 2016 )- openly challenged to lady participant in the debate who was very strongly defending students involved in anti-national slogans  -COME WITH ME AFTER 8 pm  , I WILL SHOW YOU -how students are injecting DRUGS in their hand and what is going on in JNU - but she or no participant - accepted the challenge . No political party felt it important to pay any attention to this CHALLENGE . 

If such is the mindset of our politicians - students will be like as is the saying - धोबी का कुत्ता घर का न घाट का।  These students not only ,will be unfit to manage self and family  but will be liability to the family , society and nation . 

One can imagine mental condition of parents of such astray students -who sacrificed their every thing for the life building of their beloved child . 

What massage happenings of JNU is giving to students of country . 

PARENTS AND CHILDREN :

I have a son and a daughter , these were here till they completed  M.Sc. in India . I had convinced them , they will straight go college and straight come back home . I had also told them not to participate in any college extracurricular activities .  Till they are student they have to abide with this system . I told them, you know what is happening in colleges and in our society - better you just prepare for your life . Also I told them ,They will not go out of the house after sunset , unless emergency . They will have simple life , with simple cloths - absolutely no demonstration effect . No boy friend or girl friend - they are free to marry .I convinced them our life is not FILM STORY -IT IS MOST DIFFICULT , COMPLICATED AND CHALLENGING - STUDENT LIFE IS FOUNDATION OF LIFE - ABSOLUTELY NO ENJOYMENT . Both followed this rule till they were in India . Now both are in US -daughter Ph.D. and son M.S. . I, like many dedicated parents dedicated my life for better life of children . 

POLICE  AND POLITICIANS RUINED MY LIFE AND MY CHILDREN :

BUT  'NOW'  MY SON AND DAUGHTER  ARE UNDER THE CONTROL OF UNDERWORLD . I CANNOT TALK TO MY DAUGHTER UNLESS A UNDERWORLD PERSON IS IN CONFERENCING - TO HEAR WHAT I AM TALKING TO MY DAUGHTER .I HAVE STOPPED TALKING TO THEM .I HAVE FACED MORE THAN DOZEN FAILED MURDER ATTEMPTS ON MY LIFE - police inspector BB Nanaware done it . 

UNDERWORLD CANNOT EXIST WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF  POLICE - SO IT IS A BRANCH OF MAHARASTRA POLICE (maharastra government ) . 

I HAVE UGLIEST AND  DIRTIEST CURSES FOR MAHARASTRA POLICE AND POLITICIANS - THEY HAVE RUINED  MY HOUSE- BUT COMMON MAN CANNOT DO ANY THING OTHER THAN CURSING - BUT TO SUFFER AND SUFFER TILL HE DIES UGLIEST DEATH . 

HOWEVER  I REQUEST CBI INVESTIGATION , BE ORDERED BY HON. CHIEF MINISTER OF MAHARASTRA - in failed murder attempts on my life and forcing  my children in to UNDERWORLD .

FACT REMAINS - POLICE ARE EMPLOYEES - HOW THEY DARE TO DO SUCH ACTS . THESE ARE HITLER MINDED POLITICIANS -WHO COME FROM CRIMINAL BACKGROUND - THEY FORCE THESE CRIMES ON POLICE .  

GOVERNMENT AND INDIAN POLITICIANS :

LAST 65 YEARS OF GOVERNANCE SHOWS , INDIA HAD NO DIRECTION , NO POLICY AND NO VISION - WHATEVER WE HAVE ACHIEVED IS FORCED BY CIRCUMSTANCES . 

TO PROVE MY POINT JUST COMPARE , CONDITION OF INDIA WHEN , 

-BRITISH CAME TO INDIA and  

-CONDITION OF INDIA WHEN BRITISH LEFT - and

- CONDITION OF INDIA TODAY . 

BRITISH HAVE SENSE OF BELONGING WHICH , WE DO NOT HAVE . BRITISH ARE UNIFIED RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE MINDS , COLLECTIVE DEDICATED ACTION - INDIANS POLITICIANS ARE SCATTERED MINDS ( LACK OF PROPER EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND - but it cannot be said that politicians , have lack of intelligence ,understanding , reason , wit or sense ) . FACT REMAINS  OUR POLITICIANS  ARE RULED AND REGULATED BY VESTED INTERESTS . OUR POLITICIANS ARE NATURAL IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNACCOUNTABLE . UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES WHAT CAN BE EXPECTED FROM THEM .

JUSTICE AND INDIAN POLITICIANS :   

“If there is no RIGHT ruler to wield punishment to evils ,on earth” says the Mahabharata, “the strong would devour the weak like fishes in water ".

It is related that , in olden days - due to lack of right governance - people were ruined through sovereignlessness- devouring one another like the stronger fish preying upon the feeble and small fish .

LIFE MANAGEMENT : 

Basics of life management of animal and man is similar . 

Man is given intelligence , wisdom and understanding . Man is given ability to do what animals cannot . Man is creative and destructive . Man has ability to misuse anything he likes . Man sits for arguments and makes mockery of justice . 

Almost all parents want their children to get good education,to be well disciplined all along  and have good job or business and spend happy life -without unlawful activities . 

Parents see help and care in their children- so that  they are cared in their old age  -so they want their children to be highly disciplined and law abiding - with all the virtues,ethics , morality and justice - so that all are respected and cared .  

CONCLUSION :

Indians are naturally peace loving people and they want peace and harmony at all costs . 

However vested political interests have introduced confusion in the country - to gain power . 

What we see in JNU and some other universities , it is mockery of life management -that is systematically imposed on students by politicians and their agents  . 

Animals are not educated but their life management is definitely  simple and with basics of life . 

PRESENT :  

Modi and Shah are performing - progressively gaining confidence , control and stability. Politicians mafia almost gone mad ,  find untenable -successes of Modi and Shah . 

Opposition political parties are like -" If one does not know to which port one is sailing no wind is favorable ." by Seneca .  

WHERE PATRIOTISM IS SEVERELY PUNISHED -INDIAN ETHICS

Sic transit gloria mundi  ( Latin )- So passes earthly glory  .लौकिक यश इस प्रकार से चला जाता है। 

WHO WILL ANSWER THIS QUESTION :

जनता का सबसे बड़ा सवाल है जनता कौनसे कानून को माने , देश के कानून को याँ  देश के दुष्ट , नीच , ज़ालिम और गद्दार नेताओं के और उनके गुंडों के कानून को।

यहाँ एक घटना का ब्यौरा दिया गया है - जिससे ये साबित होता है कि देश में देश का कानून नहीं चलता है - यहाँ कानून चलता है दुष्ट , नीच, ज़ालिम और गद्दार नेताओँ का। ये घटना हिमाचल प्रदेश की है जिसमें एक देशभक्त नागरिक को देश की संपत्ति , चोरों और गद्दारों से बचाने के लिए अपनी जान खोने की नौबत आ गयी थी। उसकी टाँग तोड़ दी गयी और उसको जंगल में जंगली जानवरों के हवाले कर दिया  , उसको फेंक दिया ,मरने के लिए - उन गद्दारों ने -जिसके खिलाफ इसने गवाही दी थी।      

पुलिस और नेता ,भारत की  सभी समस्यायों की जड़  है। जिनका काम देश की जनता को न्याय देना है , वही लुटेरे और कसाई बने हुए है। पिछले पैसठ सालो में देश पूरी तरह बर्बाद हो चुका है। जनता  टूट चुकी है , लुट चुकी है और घुटी हुई है। मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से जनता बिखर चुकी है ,व्याकुल है , घबड़ा गई है , संतुलन ध्वस्त हो चूका है।

इस बात को सिर्फ व्यवहारिक विचार- शील दिमाग ही  समझ पायेगा।   

  Today ethics , morality and justice is dumped . 

India is  for irresponsible and 

unaccountable  politicians, भारत के  संविधान -का 

preamble  by the people , of the people and for the 

people से बदल कर -of the politicians , by the politicians  and for  politicians कर देना चाहिए।

देश की जनता का किसको ख्याल है - सभी पार्टियां आपस में उलझी हुई है   

किसी भी तरह से चुनाव जितना , यहाँ  तक की , अपने  बेगाने का भी 

खेल खेला जाता है , ये यहाँ का है वो बाहर का है . 

जनता क्या करे -ये पार्टिया  गठबंधन  और  महागठबंधन  करती है -

सबसे  बड़ी मुसीबत है . देश की जनता की समस्यायों का कोई पार्टी 

 ध्यान नहीं  देती , ये पार्टियां गठबंधन और महागठबंधन में  ,  आपसी 

खींचतान में , स्वार्थ ,कौन कितना ज्यादा लूट पाट कर सकता है , इसी में 

सब उलझे रहते है , जनता की समस्याओं के लिए वक्त कहाँ है इनके पास .

हमारे देश में जितने  भी नेता है इनमें अधिकतर , बच्चों की मानसिकता 

वाले  है , उनमें से भी ज्यादातर बिगड़े हुए बच्चे  है -जो एक दूसरे को 

चिढ़ातें रहते  है , उसी में इनको मज़ा आता है।

ये न्याय  और अन्याय में फर्क नहीं जानते , जिम्मेदारी  नहीं  जानते , 

जबाबदेही नहीं जानते। 

पूरा देश अन्याय के प्रकोप से त्रस्त है।कोई सुखी नहीं है।जो भी समस्या  

हो , ये बच्चे उसको और ज्यादा उलझा देतें है , उसको बिगाड़ देते है। इन 

बच्चों ने पुरे देश की व्यवस्था को बिगाड़ दिया है।वैसे भी इनका , 

पैंसठ  साल का इतिहास - खुली किताब है।

भारत की पैसठ साल की राजनीती - मर्ज़  और  इलाज़ :

बाबू  नेताओं को सम्भालतें है और नेता बाबुओं को सम्भालतें है इसी 

रस्सा खीच में -बिज़नेस हाउसेस और विभिन्न राजनीतिक पार्टियां 

आपस में एक दूसरों को सम्भालतें है। 

अंडरवर्ल्ड , नेता , पुलिस  - आपस में एक दूसरों को सम्भालतें है। 

सब मिल कर जनता को हर तरह से लूटतें है , जनता के इंसाफ को खा 

जाते है। 

फिर भी लूटी हुई ,टूटी हुई , घुटि हुई  और  बर्बाद  जनता इन सब 

स्वार्थियों को संभालती है ।

यही आपसी  संभला सम्भली से हमारा देश चल रहा है। इन सब 

को सँभालते सँभालते ,जनता  टूट चुकी है। यही जनता देश की  साँस  है , 

देखें ये टूटी हुई ,घुटि हुई ,  लुटि हुई, बर्बाद - जनता की साँस  कब 

तक चलती है।

NEXUS OF POLICE, POLITICIAN AND CRIMINALS : 

I was staying in Himachal Pradesh . It was year  around 99 . Every morning I use to go to temple .

One morning when I was returning from temple , at around 8 am - one person told me do you know Mr. Omprakash Sharma is in the hospital , his thigh bone is broken yesterday , by hired persons  and he was thrown in forest , to die or eaten by wild animals .

I was shocked , he was the only person who was helping him   ,a responsible person   - a retired person - he is very kind hearted person , helping every one , his son Mr. Raj had a medical shop . He was helping me lot - whenever I am sick he was giving me first aid and other necessary medications . 

I straight went to his shop - it was closed . All family members were busy in attending Mr.Ompraksh  in the hospital at Shimla . 

On  getting information , his relatives started pouring in . They all were very angry - they wanted to take revenge . Some of them were from military , came on leave - they asked ,give us the address - we will teach them lesson . 

I suggested his son  to file a complaint in police station - his son said this is a murder attempt - my father was thrown in forest - any wild animal would have eaten him . 

I asked him let us go to police station, to file complaint  . One of his relative suggested , he know one police officer - he will take him with him to file the complaint . 

However after few days when I enquired , he said all are persuading not to file a police complaint . 

Meanwhile his son Mr. Raj told me , those two criminals who hired persons  to murder his father , are now hospitalized -this is to protect them from revenge ( this was a very good clue ).  

FACTS OF CRIME : 

I asked his son Mr. Raj , why all this happened ,why they tried to murder your father  . Was there any dispute or any thing of the sort . 

Mr. Raj told me these two are local persons , who are habitual  thieves , these two are criminals and these are robbing people . 

Some time  back , my father was witness to one case registered  against these . These had stolen government property , my father gave witness against these two - at that time these two had threatened my father , they will murder him . My father did not take their threat  seriously . 

On this fateful day ,  at about seven in the evening - my father closed the shop and started to go to the house .He was waiting some one to accompany him but after waiting for long time as , he could not get one - he started alone . He has hearing problem . These two hired  criminals , were in know of this deficiency - they followed him - my father could not know due to hearing problem - and at an appropriate place - they ponced on him -removed his muffler and tied around his mouth , thrown him down and broke his thigh bone , with iron rod - and left .

He said his father was unconscious - he gained consciousness after one hour - he started screaming with pain - some one heard his cream and followed the sound and traced him down the hill . 

Horse was called as it was hilly forest area , no roads - he was put on horse and brought up to the road - then taken to the hospital by car .All this took about six hours . 

His father was bed ridden for about three months . 

COMPLEXITIES OF CRIME  : 

These two boys who got all this to happen , are criminal boys . Father of one of the boys works with Himachal electricity board .At that time he was posted at Mashobara , where this crime took place . 

I told him, I have a question - those two criminals who tried to murder your father were hired , it costs lot of money , then finding those criminals , negotiating , payments and lot more activities are involved - which only police or professional criminal can do -no ordinary person living in such remote place can do such acts . 

I circulated my doubts to many people - after few days one person told me - this is ordered by one politicians -which is planned and executed by police . This was credible answer .

These two boys are being raised as DON in the area, to extort money  and cause TERROR - also it is clear these two will be part of Underworld gang , brought up by politicians and police . POLITICIAN BEHIND THIS WILL AUTOMATICALLY WILL BECOME POWERFUL . 

Since I do not know if police complaint is filed .However the hospital records must be investigated , where Mr. Omprakash was admitted -as to what is written as the cause of broken thy bone  . 

CONCLUSION : 

Police involvement in the crime was really credible . 

1) Criminals hired for crime were from other place than Himachal - petty criminals of their own cannot so such difficult job  . This job must have been done by police .

2) Those two boys , who had threatened , Mr. Omprakash of murder , were hospitalized - this was to protect them from physical assault . 

This hospitalization of those boys , was done by police , as they had informers and on seeing the mood of his relatives - police got those two boys hospitalized -to save them from possible revenge . 

3) It is very easy for police to protect any criminal as they are in know of all the information, activities and progress -in aftermath of crime -simply because all are required to come to police for their grievances and legal action . 

There are many more things which corrupt and criminal minded police can do - which common mind cannot think of . 

Over decades of non-professional, irresponsible and unaccountable politicians (rulers ) - police themselves have become criminals - police have taken over all crimes  - with the help of POLITICIANS . Such criminals commit crime -which they call underworld . 

AN APPEAL TO GOVERNMENT , PLEASE ORDER INVESTIGATION IN THE CASE -HAPPENED IN MASHOBRA (Himachal ) in year around 1999 in the name of  justice .  

Sic vos non vobit  ( Latin ) -Thus do you but not for yourselves .इस प्रकार से तुम कार्य करो , किन्तु स्वयं  अपने लिए नहीं।
