YOU ARE  BROUGHT TO THE POWER BY THE ACT OF GOD -TO DESTROY  EVIL . YOU HAVE ALL THE SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE FROM GOD . PEOPLE EXPECT ALL THE RELIEF FROM YOU  .YOU CAN MAKE INDIA HAPPY PLACE TO LIVE -BY DESTROYING "EVIL" IN THE COUNTRY. YOUR HAVE ALL OPTIONS TO GOVERN .

 

SCOPE :

If one goes to a professional Tailor and gives him  shirt or pant - for alteration, correction or mending -He does not like it - he will say , bring new cloth and make new - simply because -it is time consuming and irritating job .

Mending ways are  -  very difficult , complicated and is a formidable job .

PRESENT BJP has this, challenging , formidable  job to ESTABLISH RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY- By CORRECTING AND RE-BUILDING from  ALMOST "RUINED"  INDIA .

Post independence , India is primarily influenced and ruled by one party . This is simply because , no other party could give STABLE  GOVERNMENT .

One party rule has converted India in to worst stagnated diseased water .

EXPLAINATION :

Wordsworth begins the poem by wishing that Milton were still alive - in his opinion England has stagnated morally by comparison to Milton's  period .  Wordsworth pleads - raise us up ,   give us  manners ,  " power with virtues "  and   ''cheerful godliness " even when doing "lowliest duties " ., 

Milton ! you should be living at this time  as England  has need of you . She is like a fen of stagnant waters ( full of moral corruption, spiritual stagnation and waste ) . The clergy , the soldiers , the students ,the English domestic life , the knights and ladies with their bravery and  wealth, have lost their old English heritage of  inner happiness .

CONCLUSION :

British are highly responsible and accountable for their country and their people - Still, they work for improvement - they do not allow loosening or weakening ,  strength and power of sense of belonging- responsibility and accountability for their own people and country .

Is this happening in India . Let International agency come to India and see what is happening in India .How politicians and police are treating common man and poor man - total blockage of justice at all levels , by these politicians and police ( MAFIA).

For last more than sixty years . Unimaginable  Corruption - spiritually and physically . Such wild corruption challenges existence of the country .

 

GOVERNMENT:

Government is life and life line of any country . If only one  political party is capable of giving a stable government , it is very dangerous for any country in democracy - Weaknesses (side effects ) of such political leadership get exploited - gross misuse - over the time evil gets established - the present condition of India .

Today - Ruling class is all the enjoyment (WEALTH AND POWER ) and subject class all the sufferings ( totally powerless and poor ).

CHALLENGES OF "NEW BJP ":

A) Stable government .

B) Law & order

C) JUSTICE TO  THE PEOPLE ,

Before working on development projects ,need to work on basics . Need to see- needs and requirements of  majority of population- the poor and exploited  class  .

There must be working balance between poor and rich .  Rich competing with richest  of the world - these rich people must compare condition of poor people of India with people of rich country -  Madness of power and wealth - what massage these rich want to give to country men- how they became rich - who made them rich-these becoming richer and richer and  poor are poorer and poorer,  starving and living  miserable life .

ALSO ,There must be working balance between powers of poor man and politicians ( to day all powers to politicians and  no power to poor ) - During elections  - poor people are fooled with false promises , mimicry and comedy .

People of the country pay all the taxes imposed by -

1) Central Government

2)  State  Government

3) Local  Government

Government is  expected to perform his responsibility with accountability- for which people are asked to pay money - which people pay,  them .

A) CORRUPTION : Without going in to complexities of discussion on this topic -working on solutions .

REFORMS  :

Government employees are backbone of government . Presently these are selected in highly corrupt conditions - which make entire system irresponsible and unaccountable .Today government employees ,with corruption - is more a liability for the country - they are required to be made productive- need effective reforms -  salary paid to them must make sense .

All government employees ( central , state and local ) must be selected by  CENTRAL  AGENCY , consultancy services -like TATA consultancy may be hired .Entire System may be regulated and managed by RSS .

Re-organize , all central agencies : Make it, professional ,  in tune with , as per modern times .

For example POST OFFICE , it need to be made professional - according to time . There will be oppositions - face it but do it -to serve people better . Use consultancy services from TATA  consultancy, to re-organize .

All states be evaluated afresh .Their potentialities be studied . A common programme be devised .

"RSS" MAY BE GIVEN additional responsibilities  IF THEY ACCEPT -

1)MONITORING , selection  process OF ALL EMPLOYMENTS OF INDIA  - central, state and local . Including police, jails and judiciary .

2)Management of all universities , educational institutions , colleges and schools . Total management of education in India - including admissions and recruitment.

 3) Management of all Basic needs of poor people - planning , arrangement and monitoring - including creation and management of employment and crisis management , during natural calamities.

4) All state governments - Planning , development and management - monitoring .

5) MP's,MLS's and Corpotator's - Apart from constitutional importance , these  are required to be studied for their  - utility and need - what these  elected representatives are doing- their contribution in national management  . There are reports -MP's are seen in constituency , during election and again during next election - after five years - these enjoy YEARS OF HOLIDAYS  and constituency suffer- what sense does it make .

Public and their money - should 'not' be treated like charity -or drawn from Sea , that is hard earned money - their money must be treated and used with due respect and importance - Nation must be compensated for public  contribution .

All elected representatives need - analysis of  utility - Country must be treated like a big business - fruits , products and services so created and produced are meant for nourishing all people of the country. Since decades , most of the public  money goes to elected representatives -This must stop -all elected representatives must be treated like minister /employees - they are responsible and accountable -like any officers of company .

Times have changed -our system is more than sixty years old. Every thing  must be professional -Entire set up need - re-evaluation and re-classification , REORGANIZATION AND REORIENTATION.

Working  of State governments must be redefined and restructured . Ministries , their number , responsibilities & accountability need - elaboration and classification.

Also officer's powers and responsibilities need redefinition and well explained .

Finanacial management of each state - must come for public scrutiny - thorough electronic media - tax generation and expenditure- detailed balance sheet . Let common man know what our elected representatives are doing.

ONLY RSS CAN DO this job - may be requested to take this highly challenging job -SELECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF COUNTRY.

SUMMERY :

NEEDS OF MAN -People want to be wealthy and powerful over night . In India a class of politicians , within politicians - these go to any lowest level of evilness , to acquire  wealth and power .

How much money and wealth one need ,How much support and help one need ,Who belongs to whom .

Problem to day is - all know everything - still robbing and enjoying - public money is best choice of many, politicians and government agencies .

Side Effect of one party rule ,

I am seventy one . I had changed more than 20 Jobs . Absolutely no   corruption of any kind . I worked honestly and sincerely . I worked with full command - without anyone's interference -accepted no dominance from any one .

To day ,I am totally forced in to helplessness . I am a ordinary common man . Justice and help - at all places - is blocked at all levels - by police ,politicians and underworld  . My wife , my son and my daughter ( both educated and working in US.) - these are made my deadly enemies -by police ,politicians and underworld - these work on their orders . I do not have talking relations with them . My wife has all out support from underworld ,police and politicians- for reasons best known to them  .One Charan Blackmailing my wife since 2002. I lock my room when I go out ,installed cctv  camera .  My wife is trained by these against me .(one Mrs. Shital Joshi wants to grab my house , 1400 sq.ft. for free ,she is underworld Don ,so doing all crimes ). In our Bldg. ground flr. get 24Hr.water I get 1/2 Hr. morning /evening since 2006 -it is power of underworld.   All my relatives are made  my enemies .Underworld  releasing poisonous gas in my room in the dead of night . I have absolutely no friend . I cannot talk to any one , as all are required to put in conferencing a police man or underworld - while on talk with me - all are warned by police , politicians and underworld , to keep away from me .

My website adikarnam.com destroyed  many times- by police , politicians and underworld - collectively . I am regularly facing problems from these - now I know these evil -these are making all problems - I must learn to live with it .

 Police , politicians and underworld , These collectively  have made many  failed murder attempts on me , I lost my sex life in one of the failed murder attempts  - now murder attempts are  part of my living.

On 9th.Sept. , while returning from Chopra court Ulhasnagar -after attending court ( I was held up in court unnecessarily - advocate problem) -I boarded , 4.56 pm , Badlapur Local train, at Vithalwadi station ,to go to Ambernath, I was standing near the door,  After about a minute ,one tall person , fair color ,of age about 50 years , pushed me very strongly,from behind  to fall out of running train,to cause my death, later could have , declared accidental fall and death .  God saved me from such terrible MURDER plan .This murder because - they have , entered in dashboard of shivshakty.com-and new of this article -Modi&Shah - Re-making India . I MAY BE MURDERED ANY TIME , BY VARIOUS MEANS , WHICH BLOCKS INVESTIGATION,LIKE ACCIDENT , SICKNESS ETC. ETC. .

I do not have even bicycle . I walk down few kilometers to bring my daily needs  . I cook my own food . I do not drink tea or coffee, as it need many times preparing and washing , utensils . I cook one chapati in the morning , two in the after noon and two in the night - eat with dal or vegetables . I sleep at 8pm and get up at 3am .

 I am managing my life with bare minimum needs .  What more ,man needs ?.

I have filed five criminal cases against  underworld in various courts of law, I have changed more than 30 Advocates . I know , I will never get JUSTICE - justice is blocked at all the stages  but I have to be present on all dates in the court of law .

Evil politicians ,police and underworld have made my life miserable - I have learnt to live ,enjoy and have romance with -miseries and murder attempts.

God bless these evil politicians , police and underworld . Keep them  wealthy and powerful and have end like Hiler.
