THIS IS THE KIND OF PEOPLE WHO SHOULD RULE THE COUNTRY . THIS IS THE KIND OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE RIGHT TO RULE THE COUNTRY .

Man has spiritual emotions and sentiments as well as physical emotions and sentiments .
Women has only physical emotions and sentiments .Women naturally targets and exploits - this weakness of man . Man is always guilty of women- women is rarely guilty . Version of women is always accepted with respect to man . Women always establishes her superiority over man - man is characterless and women has all the character -in dispute over women .
PROBLEM AND SOLUTION are two sides of life management . Problem is women and solution is Man.
We have a world , we have identified some basics - conflict , illusion and change - man is given all the intelligence , talent , wisdom and decision making abilities - man is required to be kept busy and engaged or life will be inactivated ( suicidal ) - one of the reason , Man commits suicide when he finds he is helpless , he has no solutions - his decision making ability is inactivated - he finds himself all alone -no one supports him -he is useless - PRESENTLY IN INDIA , INDIAN GOVERNMENT - POLICE DO THE SAME THING - THESE COLLECTIVELY MAKE A TARGET HELPLESS AND FORCE HIM TO EITHER SURRENDER OR COMMIT SUICIDE -
PEOPLE USE TO LAUGH EVERY WHERE

प्रधानमंत्री को लिखे खत भी पोस्ट ऑफिस से निकाल लेते है। मेरे खत निकले गए और मुझे बार बार फोन करके कहा गया मै PMO से बात कर रहा हूँ। आज हमारे देश में प्रधान मंत्री से कोई नहीं डरता - इसकी सीबीआई से जाँच होनी चाहिए।
तू कुछ नहीं कर सकता। अंडरवर्ल्ड के लोग कहते थे। पुलिस वाले कहते थे। इस वाक्य को मैं समझ नहीं पा रहा था। न्याय के लिए court बने है। पुलिस है सरकार है फिर न्याय क्यों नहीं।
2009 में ठाणे में , TMC law college Thane ( Maharastra ) पढता था। LL.B . की final exam में नहीं बैठने दिया , मेरी कोई गलती नहीं थी। ये सब अंडरवर्ल्ड नेताओ की ताकत है।
हकीकत का काफी सालों के बाद पता चला -सभी न्याय की जगहों पर इन नेताओं ने अंडरवर्ल्ड तैनात कर रखे है।
जिसने दुनिया बनाई है वो न्याय देना जानता है। पिछले पैसठ सालों में भारत
जब कोई नेता चुनाव जीत कर आता है तो समझता है उसको ऑक्सफ़ोर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी से डॉक्टरेट की ऐसी उपाधि मिल गयी है जो दुनिया का हर काम जानता , जो हर हुनर में माहिर हो गया है । इन को सत्ता की चर्बी चढ़ जाती है ये समझते है उनका कोई कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकता , ये कानून से ऊपर है । सत्ता के नशे में ,ज्यादातर नेता गुंडा गर्दी करते है। जनता को कुछ नहीं समझते , जनता को कुत्ते की तरह दुत्कारते है।
सारे नेता एक दूसरे की मदद करते है। नेताओ का culture है वो मेरा काम करता है मै उसका काम करता हूँ।
पिछले पैसठ सालों में हमारे देश को एक प्रधान मंत्री नहीं मिला - जो जनता की इफाजत कर सके, जनता को न्याय दिला सके । जिसको जनता अपना कह सके।
हमारे नेता प्रान्त भक्ति और देश भक्ति के आधार पर चुनाव लड़ते है और जीतते है। ये नेता क्या जाने देश भक्ति क्या होती है। ऐसे नेता प्रधान मंत्री के उम्मीदवार है।
Head of the state or PRIME-MINISTER of the country is more like a head of the family , difference is that - family is constrained with various limitations and resources - where as prime -minister has all the resources and no limitation . Only need is his mind and abilities must be resourceful and applications not limited .
Post independence , initially there were limitations in selecting various ministers but that should have been for short period .

If we analyse present working of political system of various political parties and working of various state governments - one can conclude - we in India , do not have schools and professional management systems .We do not know ethics , morality , justice and sense of belonging .

धर्म का आधार - भोजन , रक्षा , न्याय और व्यवस्था। food , safety , justice and management .
In Hindu management system food cultivation was given supreme importance . All were made responsible and accountable for production , preservation and management of food . In olden days , agriculture was part of life , even in residences , in small land people use to grow whatever is possible , it was more a custom , a culture .
CONTINUOUS FOREIGN INVASION AND HINDU MANAGEMENT SYSTEM :
In Hindu management system , was developed and introduced about fifty thousand years before .Before Five cycles of civilization and uncivilizations from present one .
There were four classes - the Brahmin , Kshatriya, Viashya and Shudra .
All had sense of belonging , these had character , these had personality ,these were trained in various professions . Their responsibilities and accountabilities well defined . Ethics , morality and justice was responsibility of all . There was harmony , peace and progress - during those days . All were solders , all were farmers and all were responsible for general well fare .
DURING SUCCESSIVE EXECUTION OF CYCLE OF CIVILIZATION - ENTIRE MAN MADE SYSTEMS WERE DESTROYED - HOWEVER - knowledge of FOUR CLASSES Brahmin,Kshatriya , Vaishya and Shudra - was carried forward to next successive cycles of civilization - the essence of these classes was lost - these classes were -considered as upper caste and lower class .
Today Brahmins are identified with pooja ,religious ceremonies , astrology, yoga etc. etc. .
Kshatriya , Vaishay and Shudra are most confused - these are just names of classes . It has lost its real power and abilities .
IT IS THE FAILURE OF BASICS OF SYSTEMS THAT CAUSED INVASION AND DESTRUCTION BY FOREIGN POWERS IN INDIAN REGION .
HINDU'S SUFFERED MOST DUE TO THEIR LACK OF UNDERSTANDING .
SUFFERINGS WERE CAUSED BY MISCONCEIVED CASTE SYSTEM . UPPER CASTE LOWER CASTE . Atmosphere was full of hatred , cruelty and treachery .
TODAY , IN PRESENT CIVILIZATION- SOCIAL CLASSIFICATION IS DEVELOPED IN LAST 65 YEARS AND INTRODUCED IN INDIA BY OUR - OVER TALENTED , WISE AND OVER EDUCATED POLITICIANS : POLITICIANS AND GOVERNMENT IS CLASSIFIED AS BRAHMINS . DEFENCE IS CLASSIFIED AS - KSHATRIYA . BUSINESS CLASS CLASSIFIED AS - VIAHYA AND COMMON AND POOR MAN AS SHUDRA .
IN PRACTICE OUR INDIAN POLITICIANS - HAVE MADE TWO CLASSES - 1) BRAHMINS and 2) SHUDRA . POLITICIANS ARE BRAHMINS AND REST OF THE COUNTRY AS SHUDRA .
POLITICIANS ARE ALL IMPORTANT AND POWERFUL . REST OF THE COUNTRY IS TREATED LIKE SLAVES - white collar constitutional slavery .
REST OF INDIA ARE ALL SECONDARY , IN THE EYES OF POLITICIANS - THEY ARE TREATED BY POLITICIANS LIKE ALL USELESS STUFF . RECENTLY ENGINEERS MURDERED IN BIHAR , IAS OFFICER MURDERED IN BANGLURU - THESE ARE REGULARLY HAPPENING IN INDIA . EDUCATED PEOPLE OF THE COUNTRY HAVE NO VALUE OR IMPORTANCE .

POLITICIANS ARE NOT POWER MANAGEMENT EXPERTS - THEY ARE MORE CHILDISH IN POWER MANAGEMENT - THESE USE POWER TO ACCUMULATE MONEY , WEALTH AND LUXURIES - TOTAL MISMANAGEMENT OF POWER- THERE ENDS ETHICS , MORALITY AND JUSTICE - TRANSFORMING INDIA IN TO - THE GREAT WILD UNDERWORLD - IS NOW INDIA .

Hindu management system appears to have been established about fifty thousand years before . During fifth cycles of civilization from present one .

If we compare life on earth , PAST and PRESENT - for about few thousand years and present life -THERE IS A VAST DIFFERENCE IN PRESENT LIVING AND SAY EVEN LIVING OF ABOUT , EVEN ONE HUNDRED YEARS BEFORE - THERE WERE NO TV's , MOBILES , AIR-PLANE , MEDICAL DEVELOPMENTS ETC. ETC. , ON COMPARING we will reach to a conclusion- we have progressively made development IN OUR LIVING - SPECIALLY TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT .
THIS MEANS ,WE HAVE PROGRESSIVELY MADE DEVELOPMENT - THIS MEANS WE ARE NOT THE SAME AS BEFORE -THERE WAS PROGRESSIVE CHANGE - THE PROGRESSIVE DEVELOPMENT IN OUR LIVING . DEVELOPMENT AND CHANGE IS NATURE .
THIS PROVES EXISTENCE OF CYCLE OF CHANGE , EXISTING IN OUR EARTH .
THIS CYCLE OF CHANGE "CAUSES" CYCLE OF CIVILIZATION AND UNCIVILIZATION .
PRESENT HINDU CASTE SYSTEM :
Present Hindu system - is wild adulterated and grossly misunderstood ,modified form of Hindu management system - which appears to have been developed about fifth earlier cycle of civilzation and uncivilization , from present civilization.
EXPLANATION : We have Ramayan , Mahabharat , Veda's etc. - if we try to establish approximate period of their creation - we need to assume approximation only - as no data can be found .
Veda's , Mahabharat and Ramayan are not drafted in one Period .
Veda's were drafted in earlier period of cycle of civilization and uncivilzation THAN the cycle of civilzation period in which Ramayan and Mahabharat were drafted .
Since mention of 'caste system' exists in the Veda's , it means Hindu management system and Veda's were not drafted in the same period .
Veda's were drafted in following period of cycle of civilization and uncivilization period - THAN period of civilization and uncivilization in which development and establishment of Hindu management system executed .
Ramayana and Mahabharata - most probably have been drafted in 3rd cycle of civilization and uncivlzation FROM present cycle of civilization and uncivilization .
Veda's , Ramayana and Mahabharata etc. are not drafted in present period of cycle of civilization and uncivilization . These are carried forwarded from earlier cycles of civilizations and uncivlizations .
Ramayan and Mahabharat have mention of spiritual weapons , aeroplane (pushpak vayuyan ) etc. etc. . Had this been in 2nd civilization from present - some knowledge would definitely been carried forwarded to present civilization .This has not happened - this means Ramayana and Mahabharat have not happened in 2nd civilization from present cycle of civilization and uncivilization .
THIS EXERCISE IS TO SHOW HOW - HINDU MANAGEMENT SYSTEM GOT ADULTERATED IN TO PRESENT CASTE SYSTEM - PERIOD INVOLVED -AND ESTABLISHING APPROXIMATE PERIOD OF ESTABLISHMENT OF HINDU MANAGEMENT SYSTEM .
THROUGH, HOW MANY CYCLES OF CIVILIZATIONS AND UNCIVILIZATIONS - HINDU MANAGEMENT SYSTEM HAVE GONE THROUGH - TO GET ADULTERATED TO PRESENT STAGE .
TAKING Present cycle of civilization & uncivilization as --1.
It can be presumed that HINDU MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WAS developed and established , either in the fifth cycle of civilization & uncivilzation period or earlier . THAT IS APPROXIMATELY about fifty thousand years before or earlier - if we presume each cycle of civilization and uncivilzation having life of about 10,000 year ( ten thousand years ) .
PERIOD WHEN VEDA'S WERE DRAFTED :
Veda's have Mention of caste system . Ved Vyas explained the conflict of understanding -in caste system . This means -Caste system menace was existing during the period when Veda's were drafted . This makes clear - Hindu mangement system was not introduced during the period when Veda's were drafted - Hindu management system was introduced during earlier civilization than the period of civilization when Veda's were drafted . This means Veda's were drafted in the 4th cycle of civilization , or earlier from present cycle of civilzation -that period possibly be around 40,000 ( forty thousand years or before ) .
PERIOD WHEN RAMAYAN & MAHABHARAT DRAFTED:
Ramayana , Mahabharat and Veda's are not drafted in one and same period . Veda's were drafted far earlier than the period in which Ramayan & Mahabharat were drafted . It can be presumed that Veda's were drafted in the period of earlier civilization than the period of civilzation in which Ramayan and Mahabharat were drafted - that takes the period around third civilzation from the present one - about 30,000 years , before from present civilization or before .
MANAGEMENT OF LIFE CYCLE CONTINUITY ON EARTH :
Execution of cycle of civilization and uncivilization - do not destroy world totally BUT it just destroys human creations -which grossly interferes and severally imbalances and destroys NATURE'S creations and sustenance management systems . It takes care to protect life in very part of the world .
Basics of human management ever exist -they get carried forward in every cycle of civilization and uncivilization .
Survivors preserve and carry forward basics of life management from generation to generation -from cycle of civilization to next cycle of civilization.
HINDU CASTE SYSTEM development :
In present cycle of civilization we have been able to preserve -LANGUAGES , BASICS OF CUSTOMS ,CULTURAL ,RELIGIOUS AND OTHER LIFE MANAGEMENT SECRETS . ALL THESE WERE CARRIED FORWARDED FROM EARLIER CIVILIZATION . In India most of the languages were carried forwarded along with customs , medical knowledge and other technological secrets .
PRESENT CASTE SYSTEM IS CARRY FORWARD FROM EARLIER CIVILIZATIONS .
Originally there was no present type of caste system , it was profession based classification established for the management of country - in subsequent cycles of civilization -it got adulterated , its essence was lost and it became caste system-menace to society and nation .
THERE WAS NOTHING LIKE CASTE SYSTEM .IT WERE PROFESSIONS - CONCERNING PRODUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OF FOOD , DEFENSE MANAGEMENT,BUSINESS & FINANCES MANAGEMENT ,JUSTICE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT - INTERNAL AND INTERNATIONAL MANAGEEMNT - ALL THE BASICS GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - THE NATURAL RESPONSIBIITIES OF GOVERNMENT .
ALL PROFESSIONS WERE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY INVOLVED - IN PRODUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OF FOOD . ALL PROFESSIONS WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOOD PRODUCTION AND ITS MANAGEMENT , SAFETY & DEFENCE , JUSTICE AND GENERAL MANAGEMENT. ONLY TOOLS AND WAYS WERE DIFFERENT .
BRAHMINS WERE SUPREME - because they were masters of all four professions - food production & its management , safety&defence , justice and administration and general, internal and international management .
Brahmins were great fighter , master of spiritual weapons , master of all management systems ,justice and employment generation etc. etc. .
All four professions were well defined . Powers , responsibilities and accountabilities well defined , outlined and explained .
PRESENT BRAHMINS ARE NO WHERE AROUND .

देश का , जनता का , किसको ख्याल है - सभी पार्टियां आपस में उलझी हुई है किसी भी तरह से चुनाव जितना , यहाँ तक की , अपने बेगाने का भी खेल खेला जाता है , ये यहाँ का है वो बाहर का है , जनता क्या करे -ये पार्टिया गठबंधन और महागठबंधन करती है -सबसे बड़ी मुसीबत है - देश की जनता की समस्यायों का कोई पार्टी ध्यान नहीं देती , ये पार्टियां गठबंधन और महागठबंधन में , आपसी खींचतान में , स्वार्थ ,कौन कितना ज्यादा लूट पाट कर सकता है , इसी में सब उलझे रहते है , जनता की समस्याओं के लिए वक्त कहाँ है इनके पास।
हमारे देश में जिंतने भी नेता है इनमें अधिकतर नेताओं की मानसिकता बच्चों वाली है , उनमें से भी ज्यादातर बिगड़े हुए बच्चे है - जो एक दूसरे को चिढ़ातें रहते है , उसी में इनको मज़ा आता है। ये न्याय और अन्याय में फर्क नहीं जानते , जिम्मेदारी नहीं जानते , पूरा देश अन्याय के प्रकोप से त्रस्त है।कोई सुखी नहीं है।
जो भी समस्या हो , ये बच्चे उसको और ज्यादा उलझा देतें है , उसको बिगाड़ देते है। इन बच्चों ने पुरे देश की व्यवस्था को बिगाड़ दिया है।
वैसे भी इनका , पैंसठ साल का इतिहास - खुली किताब है।
मर्ज़ और इलाज़ :
बाबू नेताओं को सम्भालतें है और नेता बाबुओं को सम्भालतें है इसी रस्सा खीच में -बिज़नेस हाउसेस और विभिन्न राजनीतिक पार्टियां आपस में एक दूसरों को सम्भालतें है। अंडरवर्ल्ड , नेता , पुलिस - आपस में एक दूसरों को सम्भालतें है। सब मिल कर जनता को हर तरह से लूटतें है , जनता के इंसाफ को खा जाते है , फिर भी लूटी हुई और बर्बाद जनता इन सब स्वार्थियों को संभालती है । यही आपसी संभला सम्भली से हमारा देश चल रहा है। इन सब को सँभालते सँभालते ,जनता टूट चुकी है। यही जनता देश की साँस है , देखें ये टूटी हुई ,लूटी हुई , बर्बाद - जनता की साँस कब तक चलती है।

GANDHI JI's foresight -गांधीजी का पूर्व ज्ञान
Sic vos , non vobis ( Latin ) - Thus do you but not for yourselves - इस प्रकार तुम कार्य करो ,किन्तु स्वयं अपने लिए नहीं।
WHO SAYS Indian politicians are not TALENTED : मेरा भारत महान -65 साल की कलाबाजियां :
कौन कहता है भारत के नेताओं में टैलेंट नहीं है। कलाबाजियां भारत की विशेषता है।
"आज "चुनाव में भारत की जनता हर तरह से मजबूर और नाकाम है। :
शुरू से भारत में कांग्रेस का बोल बाला रहा है। कुछ राजनितिक पार्टियों को प्रमुखता थी। 'जनता' चुनाओं में राजनीनिक पार्टियों को प्रमुखता देती थी। फिर भी "चुनाओं में " जनता स्थानीय , काबिल और अच्छे उम्मीदवार (candidate ) को चुनती थी। आजादी के बाद शुरू शुरू के दिनों में , नेताओं में सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी थी।
लेकिन बदलते वक्त के साथ , जब देखा , वो अकेला कुछ नहीं कर सकता , तो सिर्फ पार्टी को ही प्रमुखता देना शुरू किया - अब कोई भी कहीं से भी जीत कर आता है। अब सिर्फ पार्टी को चुना जाता है। उम्मीदवार को बिलकुल नहीं देखा जाता।
आज भ्रष्टाचार ,वसूली और अन्याय भारत की पहचान है।
लेकिन अब बड़ी मुसीबत है ,अब अनेक राजनितिक पार्टियां है।
सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी लगभग ख़त्म हो गयी है , अब गडरिये जैसा माहोल है।
पार्टी का मुखिया खुद मदारी बन गया है ,खुद घुमा घुमाकर डमरू बजाकर
, पार्टी को अपने डमरू के ताल पर कलाबाजियां करवाता है और जनता को
नचाता है और खुद मौज करता है और बंदरों के हाथों में कटोरा पकड़ा कर ,
जोर जोर से , नई नई , सुर और ताल से , तुक बन्दियों से, डमरू
बजा बजाकर , उनसे चंदा इक्कठा करवाता है।बन्दर घूम घूम कर डमरू की
ताल पर कलाबाजियाँ करते दर्शकों से चंदा इक्कठा करते है। जनता भी खुश
,नेता भी खुश और मुखिया भी खुश। कौन कहता है भारत में टैलेंट नहीं है।
मौका मिलना चाहिए , टैलेंट खुद ब खुद बाहर आ जाता है।
कवि प्रदीप जी का गाया गीत है - देख तेरे संसार की हालत क्या हो गयी भगवान कितना बदल गया इंसान।
भगवान ने बन्दर से इन्सान बनाया - भारत के टैलेंट ने इंसान को बन्दर बनाया - भारत इंसान को सबकुछ बनाना जानता है। हमारे माहिर नेताओं ने कर के दिखा दिया है।
तलत महमूद गायी एक ग़ज़ल है। - टैक्सी ड्राइवर फिल्म की (1954)- जाएँ तो जाएँ कहाँ समझेगा कौन यहाँ - दर्द भरे दिल की ज़ुबाँ
गांधीजी का पूर्व ज्ञान :
शायद महात्मा गांधीजी को - आनेवाले दिनों का पूर्व ज्ञान हो गया था। वो जानते थे , आजादी के बाद , हमारे देश के महान नेताओं ने जनता को नंगा कर देना है , इसलिए पहले ही उन्होंने समझदारी दिखाई और खुद ही कपडे उतार दिए , और क्या नंगा करेंगे ,हमारे नेता। शायद यही , सोच कर गांधीजी ने भारत की जनता को समझाने की कोशिश की और टोपी भी नहीं पहनी , वो भी उतार दी।

INDIAN FREEDOM STRUGGLE :
India is World’s largest democracy with the longest written constitution . India has been a free and independent nation since 1947.
India being ruled by the Aryans, the Persians, Iranians, Parses and Mughals .
India was invaded and looted by the Mongolians.
Later french colonies were established .
Last came the Britishers to rule over the country. India lived under the colonial rule- British Raj for nearly 200 years.
After being ruled over by the British East India Company from 1600, the Sepoy mutiny, called The Indian Rebellion of 1857, began.
This marked the initiation of the Indian Freedom Struggle. The struggle for freedom wasn’t demanded or fought for in a single day but it took 90 years for the country to regain its political independency and it was a mass based movement.
Hundreds of freedom fighters campaigned against foreign domination and helped in getting the country freed from British, French and Portuguese rule .
FREEDOM STRUGGLE :
INDIANS FOUGHT FOR FREEDOM TO GET FREEDOM from OPPRESSIVE RULE . INDIANS THOUGHT , OUR OWN RULE WILL GIVE US HAPPINESS , PROSPERITY AND ALL OUT ACHCHE DIN .
THOSE WHO SACRIFICED THEIR LIVES WERE UNAWARE THAT OUR OWN PEOPLE WILL BE MORE- TREACHEROUS , BRUTE AND OPPRESSIVE THAN FOREIGN RULERS .
जिन्होंने देश को आजाद करने के लिए अपना सबकुछ कुर्बान कर दिया , वो नहीं जानते थे की -हमारे देश पर अज्ञानी ,अनपढ़ , जंगली , गवार और देश की जनता के दुश्मन -राज करेंगे और देश की जनता का खून पिएंगे। सारे नेता एक हो गए है , और देश की जनता को मजबूर कर दिया है , जनता कुछ नहीं कर सकती -इनमें कुछ पढ़े लिखे जिम्मेदार नेता भी है लेकिंन वो बाढ़ के बहाव में फंस कर रह गए , चाहने पर भी कुछ नहीं कर सकते
कबीर दास जी के वचन - चलती चाकी देख के दियो कबीरा रोय -दुइ पाटण के बीच में साबुत बचा न कोय। जनता पिस रही है अपनी बर्बादी का जनाज़ा खुद ढ़ो रही है ,नेता मौज कर रहे है। नेता सोचतें है उनका कोई कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकता - प्रकृति के आक्रोश से कोई नहीं बचता - नेताओं को समझना चाहिए - कबीर दास जी ने ये भी कहा है - दुर्बल को न सताइये ,जाकी मोटी हाय, मरी खाल की साँस से , लोह भसम हो जाये। अन्याय का अंत अवश्य होगा ।
Durbal ko na sataiye, jaki moti haay
Mari khal ki saans se, loh bhasam ho jaaye
दुर्बल को न सताइये, जाकी मोटी हाय |
मरी खाल की सांस से, लोह भसम हो जाय ||
Do not oppress the poor and weak, think not they are helpless
Remember, the breath of the lifeless blower can burn steel to ashes
MEANING:
Sant Kabir warns saying that the poor and weak man should not be oppressed thinking that he is not capable to protect himself or repulse the oppression. He cites the example of the blower made of lifeless hide causing by its breath to burn strong iron to ash .
Mahabharat says :
“If there is no RIGHT ruler to wield punishment to evils ,on earth” says the Mahabharata, “the strong would devour the weak like fishes in water ".
It is related that , in olden days - due to lack of right governance - people were ruined through sovereignlessness- devouring one another like the stronger fish preying upon the feeble and small fish .
DUE TO LACK OF RIGHT GOVERNANCE - SINCE LAST MORE THAN SIXTY FIVE YEARS - INDIA IS UNDER "LAW OF FISHES" . NO ONE GETS JUSTICE IN INDIA . INDIA IS ALL POLITICIAN'S MAFIA .
COMMON MAN IS ABSOLUTELY HELPLESS AS ALL PLACES OF JUSTICE ARE CONTROLLED BY UNDERWORLD ,POLICE AND POLITICIANS .
POOR MAN IS WORST SUFFERER .
SUFFERER CAN ONLY CURSE - PEACE BE UPON PERPETRATOR OF INJUSTICE - THE EVIL RULERS.
JUSTICE IS RESPONSIBILITY OF GOVERNMENT -IF GOVERNMENT IS INCAPABLE OF GIVING JUSTICE TO PEOPLE - THAT GOVERNMENT HAS NO RIGHT TO REMAIN IN POWER .
INDEPENDENCE :
India had been under British Rule which lasted until 1947 - all the laws of governance in India were introduced by British . British was foreign rule . India got freedom from British rule in 1947 . There was long battle for freedom . British were considered OPPRESSIVE by we Indians . Police act of 1861 was, made and enforced by British were oppressive .
In the year 1857 British faced SEPOY MUTINY , Indian solders revolted against British Commanders WHICH developed in to rebellion against British rule in India -which jolted British in to taking various measures to consolidate their rule in India . British decided to have complete and unquestionable control over police force .British established authoritarian police force to support the colonial government .
Subsequently the police act of 1861 came in to existence -police as an organised institution was established .Under the system of police governance establishment act of 1861- police forces in India were unaccountable to anyone except their own hierarchy and the colonial political and administrative executive . Police force was not accountable to community or other democratic or local institutions .
BRITISH ORDERED commision for police in 1902 .
In July 1902 Lord Curzon appointed Indian police commission, under the chairmanship of SirA.H.L.Fraser .
Commission report :
" the police force is far from efficient . It is defective in training and organization. It is inadequately supervised . It is generally regarded as corrupt and oppressive . It has utterly failed to secure the confidence and cordial co-operation of the people "
After 65 years - same British brute and oppressive law exists .
Thousands of police custody deaths in Indian police stations are testimony THAT we Indian are more brute and oppressive than BRITISH .
Government is required to make police force like any responsible police force of the world .
India have highly competent military . India can use military services for selection and training of police force and jail staff .
Provide extra land to military if need be . India have about 15 Lakh police force and jail staff . All must be selected and trained by military and supplied to the states .CHANGE ALL POLICE and JAIL STAFF .
LET PRESENT POLICE and JAIL STAFF BE replaced and sent to MILITARY OR RESERVE FORCES and newly selected and trained police and jail staff be appointed .
As a matter of policy - all government servants also should be selected and trained by military and supplied to states on demand .This will make government servants well disciplined , responsible and accountable .
65 years is testimony -India have real problems -India do not have well educated , professional, responsible and accountable politicians . In 2014 general elections we had 426 political parties .
WILL PEOPLE OF INDIA WILL EVER GET JUSTICE -IN INDIA . NOT UNLESS POLITICIANS ARE RIGHTLY EDUCATED PROFESSIONALS AND ARE HIGHLY RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE ,HAVE ETHICS ,MORALITY AND JUSTICE .
